Unless otherwise stated, the Fansona website, its design, text, graphics, logos and software are the property of LAYER4 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited. “Fansona” and its logo are trademarks of LAYER4.

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are described in our Privacy Policy. You may exercise your rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data-protection authority), as set out there. To request deletion of your data, see Data Deletion.
6. Terms
Use of the Service is governed by our Terms of Service.
7. Consumer information
Where you subscribe to Fansona as a consumer, the following applies in addition to our Terms of Service.
Right of withdrawal. As Fansona is a digital service supplied online, you may exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal (art. L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code) unless you have expressly requested that the service begin before the end of that period and acknowledged that you thereby waive it (art. L.221-28, 13°). To exercise it, contact legal@fansona.art.
Consumer mediation. Under art. L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, a consumer may, after first submitting a written complaint to LAYER4, refer the dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator. Details of the mediator LAYER4 adheres to are available on request at legal@fansona.art.
Online dispute resolution. The European Commission provides an online dispute-resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Fansona is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or certified by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), X Corp., or any other platform. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
